ABOUT THE TEAM
We have a disability 5-a-side team that competes in the "South Yorkshire Ability Counts" league at Goals Sheffield on the last Sunday of every month. The team have a weekly training session on Monday mornings at 10 am at Isobel Bowler Sports Ground in Westfield. All abilities are welcome and you can even join the football practice without playing in competitive games.
Being part of the All-Stars can increase activity, improve your fitness levels, develop football skills, help you make friends and become more sociable with like-minded people. Two of our members have even been selected to be part of a disability football training course run by the FA. Our dedicated team run the practice sessions and they will also accompany service users to each league game, parents are encouraged to get involved and come along to watch.
